At Texagon, we believe in recognizing and rewarding consistent performance. To support this, we offer biannual (every 6 months) salary increments, based entirely on individual performance.

Performance-Based Increments

  • Performance is evaluated twice a year in June and December.
  • Evaluations are based on key criteria including:
    • Work quality
    • Collaboration
    • Initiative
    • Behavior
    • Reliability
  • The evaluation period begins after successful completion of the probation or internship period.
  • Increments are not automatic. If performance during the evaluation period does not meet expectations, no increment may be granted.

Increment Cycle Guidelines

  • If your 6-month tenure completes before or after an evaluation month (June or December), your performance will be considered in the next scheduled evaluation cycle.
    • For example: If your 6-month mark is in July, your performance will be reviewed in December.
  • Upon successful evaluation:
    • You will receive an increment letter.
    • Your new salary will be applicable from the 1st of the following month (i.e., 1st July for June evaluation or 1st January for December evaluation).
  • Note: Management reserves the right to withhold or cancel performance evaluations and related increments due to specific circumstances or internal decisions.
