Late Arrival & Fine Policy

Office Timings

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Grace Period: 30 minutes (till 9:30 AM)

Rules & Conditions

  1. Employees are expected to arrive at the office by 9:00 AM.
  2. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed, and employees must be present by 9:30 AM.
  3. If an employee arrives after 9:30 AM, the following rules will apply:

    • With prior intimation/approval:
      • Late arrival is allowed up to 3 times in a month.
      • After the 3rd instance, a fine will be deducted from the salary.
      • The 3 grace days will also be counted in the fine calculation period.
    • Without prior intimation/approval:
      • Fine will be applicable from the first day of late arrival (no grace days allowed).
  4. Fines will be calculated based on company policy and adjusted in the salary of the respective payroll cycle.
  5. Repeated late coming may result in further disciplinary action.

Note

  • Deducted fine of the previous month will be refunded in the next month according to the punctuality report.
