Late Arrival & Fine Policy
Office Timings
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Grace Period: 30 minutes (till 9:30 AM)
Rules & Conditions
- Employees are expected to arrive at the office by 9:00 AM.
- A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed, and employees must be present by 9:30 AM.

If an employee arrives after 9:30 AM, the following rules will apply:
- With prior intimation/approval:
- Late arrival is allowed up to 3 times in a month.
- After the 3rd instance, a fine will be deducted from the salary.
- The 3 grace days will also be counted in the fine calculation period.
- Without prior intimation/approval:
- Fine will be applicable from the first day of late arrival (no grace days allowed).
- With prior intimation/approval:
- Fines will be calculated based on company policy and adjusted in the salary of the respective payroll cycle.
- Repeated late coming may result in further disciplinary action.
Note
- Deducted fine of the previous month will be refunded in the next month according to the punctuality report.
