At Texagon, we believe in recognizing and rewarding consistent performance. To support this, we offer biannual (every 6 months) salary increments, based entirely on individual performance.
Performance-Based Increments
- Performance is evaluated twice a year in June and December.
- Evaluations are based on key criteria including:
- Work quality
- Collaboration
- Initiative
- Behavior
- Reliability
- The evaluation period begins after successful completion of the probation or internship period.
- Increments are not automatic. If performance during the evaluation period does not meet expectations, no increment may be granted.
Increment Cycle Guidelines
- If your 6-month tenure completes before or after an evaluation month (June or December), your performance will be considered in the next scheduled evaluation cycle.
- For example: If your 6-month mark is in July, your performance will be reviewed in December.
- Upon successful evaluation:
- You will receive an increment letter.
- Your new salary will be applicable from the 1st of the following month (i.e., 1st July for June evaluation or 1st January for December evaluation).
- Note: Management reserves the right to withhold or cancel performance evaluations and related increments due to specific circumstances or internal decisions.
