Work From Home (WFH) Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Not Eligible: HR, Sales, and Marketing teams are not allowed to work from home.
  • Eligible (Conditional): Development team may request WFH only for genuine reasons, and proof can be asked at any time.

2. Request Process

  • Employees must email their WFH request to their reporting manager and copy the HR Department at hr@texagon.io.
  • Requests should be submitted in advance (except in emergencies).
  • Approval is subject to management discretion.

3. Expectations During WFH

  • Remain available during official working hours.
  • Be responsive on official communication channels.
  • Deliver tasks on time.

4. Non-Compliance

  • Submitting false claims or misusing this policy will result in:
    • Rejection of future WFH requests, and/or
    • Disciplinary action as per company policy.
