1. Eligibility
- Not Eligible: HR, Sales, and Marketing teams are not allowed to work from home.
- Eligible (Conditional): Development team may request WFH only for genuine reasons, and proof can be asked at any time.
2. Request Process
- Employees must email their WFH request to their reporting manager and copy the HR Department at hr@texagon.io.
- Requests should be submitted in advance (except in emergencies).
- Approval is subject to management discretion.
3. Expectations During WFH
- Remain available during official working hours.
- Be responsive on official communication channels.
- Deliver tasks on time.
4. Non-Compliance
- Submitting false claims or misusing this policy will result in:
- Rejection of future WFH requests, and/or
- Disciplinary action as per company policy.
